AGRIA-WERKE GMBH

Agria-Werke GmbH is a medium-sized family business that has been manufacturing equipment for gardening, landscaping and the public sector for over 75 years. Since its foundation, the company has been located in Möckmühl, in the north of Baden-Württemberg, and is rooted and integrated in this region. In addition to regularly sponsoring local sports clubs, Agria is always involved in local projects with partners such as local schools, the Johannes-Diakonie in Mosbach or the local nature conservation association (NABU). In addition, the company is involved in training young people as part of its dual education program.

For more than eight years now, Agria has been making intensive use of the possibilities offered by electrical engineering in
the development of new equipment, using electric motors and electronic controls instead of mechanical or hydrostatic drives. The resulting signifi cant increase in efficiency has made it possible to signifi cantly reduce the necessary fuel consumption of the equipment. In addition, Agria‘s first battery-powered tool carrier made its production debut in 2023.
