MTB6 AS - Automatic Cutting and Profiling Machine

Automatic machine with 2 cutting motors and 4 grinding wheel motors, for cutting and shaping tiles into ¼ round, ½ round, and stair nosings to produce skirting tiles. The machine is composed as follows: - 1 Welded sheet metal frame, painted and treated with anti-rust coating - 1 Stainless steel tank serving as chassis support and water collection, equipped with adjustable feet for leveling - 1 Rubber conveyor belt, driven by a gear motor with variable speed - 6 Motor groups with height adjustment via handwheel, and stainless steel blade protection covers Head configuration: 1st Head – CUTTING  3rd Head – 45°/90°  5th Head – 90° 2nd Head – CUTTING  4th Head – 90°    6th Head – 90° - Adjustable pressure bars for various material thicknesses - 2 Stainless steel tables, one at the machine’s entrance and one at the exit, to facilitate loading and unloading by the operator - 1 Lateral roller conveyor for supporting wider materials - 1 Submersible pump for tool cooling - 1 Electrical control panel
