MPM/6-S – AUTOMATIC MULTIPLE EDGE PROFILING MACHINE

Automatic machine equipped with 6 motorized heads, allowing simultaneous use of 6 different profiling wheels. This setup reduces processing time for operations such as bullnose edging, mitering, beveling, and edge grinding on marble, granite, porcelain stoneware, single-fired tiles, agglomerates, and more. The machine is composed of: - A chassis made of special welded sheet steel, painted with anti-rust treatment and equipped with foldable wheels for easy transport. - A special non-slip rubber conveyor belt, powered by a 0.37 kW variable speed traction motor. - 1 x 2.2 kW tool-holder motor, mounted on a support positioned at 45° below. - 2 x 2.2 kW tool-holder motors, mounted on supports positioned at 45° above. - 4 vertical tool-holding motorized units, 2.2 kW, 2800 rpm, 400V – 50Hz, adjustable via handwheels and protected with painted steel covers. - A 3-point adjustable pressing bar for accommodating different product thicknesses. - 1 stainless steel unloading table positioned at the machine outlet to assist the operator. - A lateral roller guide with 3 supports for handling wider materials. - A side alignment guide to ensure correct positioning of the material during processing. - A water cooling system, with a 190-liter tank and a 0.75 kW centrifugal pump, with a max flow rate of 100 L/min. - An electrical system compliant with CE standards.
